The room was reasonably large and airy, with good bed and shower facilities, a hair dryer and fresh towels in the bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed nice design, very pleasant and amazingly nice staff especially the manager...  

Wonderful and clean hotel with outstanding food and outstandingly accommodating staff. High-speed internet, coffee facilities and an iron in the room and the big bed. Favourable, unbeatable location to the near Waltham Cross station....  

The hotel was in a stunning location adjacent to the restaurant, the garden, and the leisure centre.

Quiet relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and courteous. For one night the breakfast buffet is too varied, to try everything at least 5 nights are necessary.

The staff provided really good service ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay The food options at the Brew Bar were varied and tasty offering a convenient dining experience.

The room layout felt slightly cramped limiting our ability to move around comfortably.

The food was fine.

Bathroom obsolete and not 4 stars worthy... Refrigerator in the room was locked lovelessly with a wood screw.

Not enough tea / coffee / sugar in the room

I found the hotel's common areas to be beautifully decorated with elegant furnishings. The accessible design made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any discomfort.

Very good service. Friendly helpful staff. Pool was very good and the staff were very helpful assisting my disabled husband in and out of the pool on both days on which we stayed.Breakfast was very good and the chef cooked the eggs in front of you as needed...  

We found the staff extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were really clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have the facilities to make ourselves a drink.We had requested a welcome...
